Rarely do you hear of successful entrepreneurs aged below 30 because most young graduates prefer to be employed, but for 29 year-old Patricia Ndila, quitting her job after 10 years of guaranteed pay was just the perfect idea that propelled her into becoming the sole distributor of mannequins in the East African region.
